| Our Vision
We are a part of something bigger than ourselves. Though our strategies may seem alternative, the Ohana Project is a direct outflow of what God has done in and through Christ's church.
Life is much more than the areas we have classified as religious or spiritual; our whole lives need salvation in all aspects, in the clean and the dirty.
Family is a consistent symbol of Christ's good news for our lives. We are called by Him as a people, not just individually. We believe in being present with each other in real ways, supporting one another through difficult times and celebrating with each other in the good times. Live Life shared.
Jesus did stuff. We're not about being served, but to serve in relevant and sincere ways. As we do good stuff together, we expect our lives to change.
Our Mission
The Ohana Project, inspired by the Life of Jesus Christ seeks to be present in our community through hospitality and service, building transformational relationships, pursuing justice and embracing the fullness of Life.
Our Faith
We believe in One God, who is eternal, who exists in three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, who created all that exists, and who rules eternally over all that exists.
We believe our Lord Jesus Christ to be the Son of God, the manifestation of God in human flesh, was born of a virgin, lived perfectly as God intended for humanity, was crucified, died and was buried. After three days, He rose from the dead.
We believe there is salvation for sinful and lost humanity by the shed blood of Jesus, enabling us to be spiritually re-born through the Holy Spirit.
We believe the Holy Scriptures to be inspired by the Holy Spirit and are therefore without error as originally given by God, the sixty-six books of the Old and New Testament are the only absolute authority on faith and practice.
We believe in the unity of all true believers, that is the Church, Christ’s body.
We believe Jesus Christ will return again to judge the living and the dead.
